Usually when countdowns reach zero, they start counting the other way (e.g. 2 hours ago…), however when all 4 countdowns on the widget reach zero, they all stop counting backwards. See attached photos in Help Scout. At 13:40, the green check should read 2 hours ago, instead it reads 0 mins<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://secure.helpscout.net/conversation/3089390591/24073?viewId=1623662">https://secure.helpscout.net/conversation/3089390591/24073?viewId=1623662</a>
